"The key thing is to recognise you are going to go on a journey and you have an element of choice about what kind of journey that is going to be.." Justin Welby, The Archbishop of Canterbury
Bereavement can impact hugely and affect all areas of life. As part of a UK-wide initiative we are offering the Bereavement Journey Course. The course has been found to be very helpful and has been appreciated by thousands of people over 20 years. It is a 6-week course and is for anyone who has been bereaved at any time and in any way. By means of a series of films and discussion groups the course gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps. The Bereavement Journey is suitable for people of any faith or none.

Going through bereavement is a journey best done with others. We highly recommend the Bereavement Journey Course. The course is designed for bereaved people to do their own grief work in discussion groups run by volunteer facilitators. This is different from Bereavement or Grief Counselling and is not an alternative. If you would like to attend the course please register using the following here , you will be directed to a registration page. If you have any difficulties please contact us.
We are offering this/these online courses as part of a UK-wide initiative to provide The Bereavement Journey course during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic in every county, city and rural area. Priority will be given to people who live in Aldershot, Hants.
